How is your support different from Holded's official support?
Holded's official support answers general questions about how the tool works, whereas ARTIC's support knows your configuration, your processes and your business. Beyond answering questions, we make changes in your account, suggest improvements and build automations, acting as an external expert team dedicated to your Holded.
Can you provide support if another company did the implementation?
Yes. In that case we start with an account audit to understand how it is configured, identify errors or areas for improvement and document what is there. From then on we can support you as normal and, if needed, propose a reorganisation of the set-up.
What does the price of Holded support depend on?
It depends on the expected volume of requests, the number of users, how complex the account is and whether development work such as automations or integrations is included. After the initial audit we propose a monthly fee or a block of hours, whichever suits the way you work.
