What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as browser local storage or tracking pixels.
Under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI, we may use without your consent only the cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request. For all others, we ask for your permission before setting them.
Which cookies we use
On your first visit we show a notice with the options Reject, Accept and Settings. Until you choose, only technical cookies are active.
- Technical or necessary. They make the website work and store your cookie preferences. They cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. They tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit the website, where they come from and which pages they read, so we can improve it.
- Advertising. They measure whether our campaigns on Google and ChatGPT generate enquiries.
| Cookie | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
artic_consent | ARTIC | Technical | Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask again. | 1 year |
artic_lead | ARTIC | Technical | Local storage that tells the thank-you page which form you sent. | Session |
_ga | Google Analytics | Analytics | Distinguishes visitors anonymously. | 2 years |
_ga_* | Google Analytics | Analytics | Keeps the session state. | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Advertising | Links clicks on our ads to contact requests. | 3 months |
OpenAI pixel | OpenAI | Advertising | Measures visits and requests coming from ads on ChatGPT. | Set by OpenAI |
After 12 months, or if we change the tools we use, we will ask you again. We keep a record of each choice (a random identifier, the date and the options chosen, with no personal data) so we can show that you gave your consent.
We use Google Consent Mode: if you reject analytics or advertising cookies, Google tags do not store cookies in your browser and only send signals without identifiers for aggregate modelling.
How to accept, reject or change your choice
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the Cookie settings button on this page or in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that if you block technical cookies, some parts of the website may not work properly:
Third-party cookies and transfers
Google and OpenAI may process data from these cookies in the United States, with the safeguards explained in the privacy policy. You can see how they use it in the Google and OpenAI policies.
Some third-party content, such as the Google Maps map on the contact page, does not load until you request it with a click, because it sets its own cookies.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy whenever we add or remove tools from the website. If the change affects cookies that require consent, we will ask you again. For any question, write to [email protected].
