How much can you receive with the Digital Kit depending on your company
If you meet the requirements established in the Digital Kit call rules, you can obtain a digital voucher to access the digitalization solutions.
The maximum aid amount is determined by the size of your company and is detailed in the following table.

The Digital Kit is a government initiative that uses European Funds and offers grants between €3,000 and €29,000, aimed at digital modernization and improving the competitiveness of SMEs and self-employed workers.
You will be able to access digitalization solutions thanks to us, since we are an accredited digitalising agent.

Let's talk?Who can apply for the Digital Kit grant?
The Digital Kit solutions are designed for SMEs, micro-businesses and the self-employed in any sector.
The amount depends on your company segment: see the “How much you can receive” table.
What requirements must I meet to take part in the Digital Kit programme?
It depends on the segment, but these are the main ones:
- Belong to one of the programme segments (0 to 249 employees).
- Be registered on Acelera pyme and complete the digital self-assessment.
- Not exceed the de minimis aid limit.
- Meet the headcount and financial limits for your company category.
- Be registered as active and have the minimum trading history set by the call.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security payments.
- Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order from the European Commission.
- Not fall under any of the prohibitions in Article 13.2 of Spanish Law 38/2003 on Subsidies.

What are digital solutions and which are the most requested?
Digital solutions are the services you can pay for with the voucher: website, online shop, SEO, social media, customer management, process management, analytics and more.
The most requested by SMEs and the self-employed are websites and online shops.
Do I have to pay VAT on the Digital Kit?
The short answer is yes.
The voucher covers the digital solution, but the beneficiary has to pay the VAT.
That VAT can be deducted in your next return, which greatly reduces the cost.
What is the Secure Workstation category?
It is a category regulated by Red.es under Order TDF/435/2024 of 9 May.
It lets SMEs receive a laptop with strict security specifications, including 12 months of support and cybersecurity protection.
What is Acelera pyme?
Acelera pyme is the programme of Spain’s Ministry for Digital Transformation and Civil Service that drives the digital transformation of SMEs and the self-employed.
It is run by Red.es within the SME Digitalisation Plan 2021-2025, funded by the EU Next Generation funds, with more than €4 billion.
Is there an open call right now?
Not right now. The last calls closed in 2025. Leave us your details and we will let you know as soon as Red.es opens a new one.
Can I use the Digital Kit to replace a digital solution I already have?
Yes. The Digital Kit lets you hire the services your company needs, but you must show that the new solution is a functional improvement on the one you already have.
In other words, it cannot keep the same features with no progress: it has to add improvements or extra features.
Can the Digital Kit be processed without VAT?
The Spanish system allows that certain businesses are exempt from paying VAT in digital services due to special tax regime.

What exactly does a digitalisation agent like ARTIC do?
A digitalisation agent is the registered company that provides and implements the digital solution paid for with the voucher. At ARTIC we analyse your case, recommend the right solution, sign the provision agreement with you, put it in place and handle the supporting evidence. As a B2B marketing agency, we also make sure the solution genuinely helps you win clients or work more efficiently.
What does the process with ARTIC look like, from first contact to a working solution?
It starts with a call to understand your business and check whether you can apply to the programme. We then help you choose the solution, sign the agreement, gather what we need (branding, content, access details) and implement it. Once it is live we train your team, support you during the provision period and prepare the evidence for the programme.
What happens if my business cannot apply to a current Kit Digital call?
If your business does not fit any current call, we will tell you plainly before starting. In that case we can plan the same digital project outside the programme, in phases or with other funding options, adapting the scope to your budget. What matters is that the solution serves a specific business goal, with or without public funding.
