Before contracting any of the services that we make available to you at articagency.com, it is essential that you read these conditions and the terms that apply to the provision of the services offered here.
These conditions may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, since the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of each Contract (as defined below) or in the absence thereof, at the time of use of the web page will be the that are applicable to you.

Purchase process
The electronic procurement process will follow the following steps:
The user, after viewing a sales or services page, will proceed to select one of the existing options to acquire the corresponding service or product, clicking on the enabled buttons to begin the purchase process.
Once the chosen modality has been chosen, the user will fill in the requested data.
After filling in the details, you will need to accept the terms and conditions and enter the bank card number to proceed with the payment through the Stripe gateway, which meets all security standards.
Once this step has been carried out, the user will receive an email with the receipt of the purchase, being able to request the invoice later if necessary.
We recommend that you keep a copy of these conditions at the time of purchase.

Prices and payment methods
The prices applicable to each product and/or service are those indicated on the website.
The final price will appear during the confirmation of your order.
Payment will be made in advance and services will be provided when such payment is confirmed.
Some services are paid monthly, they are subscription services and a subscription will be generated with Stripe directly on the indicated card.
In some services, depending on the amount of the service, you will be given the option of being able to split into 2 or 3 payments.
Prices for services and products may change at any time at Artic Agency's sole and exclusive discretion. The Services do not provide price protection and refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.

Intellectual and Industrial Property
Artic Agency owns all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the elements and services that appear on the website. All rights are reserved.
Any use not previously authorized by Artic Agency will be considered a serious breach of intellectual and industrial property rights, reserving to us all the civil and criminal actions that assist us to safeguard our rights, under the warning of incurring a crime against the intellectual property of art. 270 et seq. of the Penal Code with prison sentences of up to 4 years.

Right of withdrawal
The Client will not have the right of withdrawal once some of the web design services have been contracted, however, if the work has not started, you can contact us at info@articagency.com to assess it.
In the event that the refund occurs, it will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Processing of personal data
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, the data will be treated by Artic Agency as "Customers and Suppliers" with the purposes appropriate to the treatment among which find:

Reasons for termination of the contract
The dissolution of the service contract can happen at any time by either party.
You are not bound by terms of stay with Artic Agency if you are not satisfied with our service, unless explicitly stated in the subscription or deferred payment models.
We may terminate or suspend any or all contracted services immediately, without notice or liability, in the event that you fail to comply with the conditions set forth herein.
Causes of contract dissolution:
- The falsity, in whole or in part, of the data supplied in the process of contracting any service.
- Alter, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or in any way alter the security technology provided by Artic Agency.
- Also cases of abuse of support services due to the requirement of more hours than those established in the contract.
- Non-payment of services or products.
- Any breach established throughout the terms.
Dissolution implies the loss of your rights to the contracted service and its immediate termination.
European consumer regulations
The European Commission has created the first European platform for the resolution of conflicts in electronic commerce protected by the latest consumer law. Artic Agency, as the operator of this online sales platform, has the duty to inform its customers about the existence of an online alternative dispute resolution platform.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Artic Agency and the Client will be governed by current regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the corresponding Courts and Tribunals, unless the applicable Law provides otherwise.
