What is the Digital Kit?
The Digital Kit is a government initiative that uses European Funds and offers grants of between €3,000 and €29,000, aimed at digital modernization and improving the competitiveness of SMEs and the self-employed.

Who can apply for the Digital Kit grant?
The digital solutions of the Digital Kit are oriented to the needs of the small businesses, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers that belong to any sector or type of business.
Companies will be able to use the Digital Kit Bonus following the criteria in this table:
- Segment III: Small businesses or micro businesses of between 0 and less than 3 employees and people in self-employment → 3.000 €
- Segment IV: Medium-sized companies from 50 and less than 100 employees → 25.000 €
- Segment V: Medium-sized companies from 100 and less than 250 employees → 29.000 €
What requirements must I meet to participate in the Digital Kit Program?
This will depend on the segment you are in, but here are some requirements:
- To be one small business, microbusiness or self-employed (between 0 and 50 employees).
- To be registered in Accelerate Pyme and perform the digital test.
- Do not exceed the limit for small amount aid (minimis).
- Fulfill the financial and cash limits defined by company categories.
- To be in a situation ofhigh and have minimum seniority established by the call.

- Not being subject to a recovery order pending from the European Commission for having declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

What is the Accelerate SME Plan?
The program AccelarePYME is part of the plan designed by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation to provide digital solutions that help maintain activity and promote digital transformation from SMEs and self-employed.
This program is developed by Red.es and is framed in the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025, funded by Fund Next Generation of the European Union, with a budget of more than 4 billion euros.
Why is the price different for the first year and the renewal?

The submission deadline is divided into three calls:

- March – June 2022: Second call for grants of up to €6,000 per company for the Segment II (companies with 3 to 9 employees).
- Second half of 2022: Last call for grants of up to 3.000 € for the Segment III (freelancers).
- Rest of calls until October 31, 2025.
These deadlines will conclude when the budgets established for each segment are exhaustedFor this reason, some calls may beadvance.
Can I use the Digital Kit's support to replace any digital solution that my SME already has?
Yes. The good of Digital kit allows to hire all necessary services for your company, but it is necessary to accredit that the new digital solution will mean a functional improvement regarding the digital services you already have implemented.
This means that the The digital solution that is replaced cannot maintain the same functionalities without any progress., but it mustprovide new improvements or additional benefits with respect to the previous one.
Can the Digital Kit be processed without VAT?
The Spanish system allows that certain businesses are exempt from paying VAT in digital services due to the special tax regime.
