How we automated it

Invoice intake
Invoices arrive in a mailbox; Claude reads the PDF, extracts supplier, base amount, VAT, due date and cost centre, and records it in Holded. Only doubtful ones go to human review.

Customer orders
Orders received by email, Excel or PDF become quotes and sales orders in Holded with the right catalogue references, with no re-keying.

Reconciliation and collections
Every morning bank movements are reconciled and personalised payment reminders are sent based on each customer’s history.

Every Monday an agent prepares the cash, billing and variance summary and answers management questions in plain language.
