1. Initial state

Lola Barcelona is an independent makeup brand Based in Barcelona, they focus on cosmetics with attitude: unafraid of color, free, approachable, and conscious. They had an active e-commerce site on Shopify and an already established community on social media, especially on Instagram. However, the brand needed to take a qualitative leap in its digital ecosystem to live up to its brand identity and commercial objectives.
The website had limitations both visually and functionally. The user experience was not fully optimized: navigation lacked clarity, products didn't shine as they should, and the checkout was slow. At the same time, its social media presence lacked a defined editorial line, and advertising campaigns were sporadic, lacking a data-driven strategy. Furthermore, its relationship with influencers was reactive and not integrated into a content plan or conversion goals.
2. Plan of action
From ARTIC We approached the project as a 360º accompaniment, placing special focus on generating coherence between the brand, the shopping experience, and the digital presence.
We started with a complete redesign of the ecommerce site on Shopify, with a special focus on the mobile user experience. We created a clear, visual structure aligned with the brand's universe, where products could stand out. We improved the purchasing process and connected analytics tools to measure every step of the customer journey.
In parallel, we defined a social media strategy with clear objectives: to increase community, strengthen the brand image, and drive qualified traffic to the website. We created a new editorial calendar, customized visual pieces, and engagement and conversion campaigns using Meta Ads. We also assumed direct influencer management, establishing strategic collaborations with profiles aligned with the brand, seeking both awareness and reusable content.
Our work was not limited to the creative part: We optimized campaigns through continuous A/B testing, lookalike audience creation, retargeting automation, and constant analysis of key metrics to scale what worked and refine what didn't.
