1. Initial state

Atlas Real Estate Analytics specializes in offering services of data science For the real estate sector: market research, opportunity origination, asset valuation, portfolio monitoring, predictive models, etc.
The company needed to go a step further: until then its digital presence showed its services, reports and advice, but it did not have an integrated e-commerce platform that would allow for the direct sale of real estate data, the download of samples, or a completely seamless experience for customers requiring digital products. They also required integration with APIs, payment systems, back office, etc.
2. Plan of action
Design of the online store integrated with the corporate websiteWe created an e-commerce section within the existing site, taking care of the aesthetics and UX/UI, with custom-designed pages in Figma, aligned with its identity, so that navigation, purchasing, or downloading reports/samples is intuitive.
API integration for real estate dataWe've made the data products they offer connect to their API, allowing them to update datasets, generate downloadable samples, and maintain accurate reporting—all automatically.
Using WooCommerce + payment systems and POSWe implemented WooCommerce as an e-commerce engine, integrating it with the appropriate payment methods and, if necessary, with local or international POS terminals. This ensures that payments are secure, easy for the customer, and reflected in their internal management system.
Collaboration with internal design, development and marketing teamsWe worked closely with the Atlas team (marketing, development, design) from the outset, working on Figma designs, reviews, and testing to iterate prototypes and ensure usability and visual and technical consistency.
Digitalization of the sales cycle of digital productsFrom product visibility to digital delivery (downloads, samples) and payments, everything is automated, reducing time, errors, and friction for the customer.
2. Results
Atlas has successfully launched a fully digital sales channel for its real estate data products, which previously required direct contact or special requests.
The user experience for customers has improved: they can now view options, download samples, pay, and access the digital product without intermediaries, which improves satisfaction and conversion.
API integration ensures products are always up-to-date, samples reflect real-world data, and reduces manual update effort.
