Scammers are contacting people through WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media, posing as representatives of Artic Agency. They promise financial benefits in exchange for watching videos or completing certain online tasks. This scheme is a trap to obtain personal and financial information.
In no case have the scammers stolen any information or data from us or our customers; they are simply using our name to launder their phishing scam.
How to identify a scam?

Examples of similar scams
- Mercadona: A few years ago, Mercadona warned about job offers in its name circulating on social media and some mobile messaging apps. Scammers fraudulently use the supermarket's image as a lure to obtain confidential information under the guise of "job opportunities" that don't exist.
- Vueling: A WhatsApp message using Vueling's visual identity advertises a supposed promotion for 35,000 free airline seats.
- PortAventura: PortAventura is offering five free tickets to 1,000 families to celebrate their birthday. The announcement URL on Twitter and other social media showed that, instead of Portaventura, it read Portavantura, with an a.
- Movistar: In August 2021, a new phishing campaign attempted to impersonate Movistar with a spoofed email address that looked completely real: empresas@telefonica.esFurthermore, the message initially contained a link to the Movistar homepage.
