What is the difference between a civil society and a community of property?
To begin, it is necessary to be clear about what differentiates these two types of entities. According to the Civil Code:
- One civil society It is a contract between two or more people to pool money, goods or work with the aim of sharing the profits.
- One community of property, on the other hand, implies the shared ownership of an asset or right between several people, but without necessarily having an economic activity of its own.
This distinction is key to knowing if you can qualify for the Digital Kit for communities of property and civil societies.
